Retention of personal data

Right of access to personal data

It is your personal right to request the Superznalac to erase personal data concerning you without undue delay and the Controller must erase the personal data without undue delay. You have the right to request the erasure of personal data concerning you if one of the following conditions is met:

  • your personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which we collected or processed them;
  • you have withdrawn consent on which the processing is based pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
  • you have objected to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 21(1) of the GDPR. the General Data Protection Regulation and if there are no stronger legitimate reasons for the processing;
  • the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
  • the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or State law to which the controller is subject
  • personal data have been collected in connection with the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1). Right to restriction of processing

Notification to the supervisory authority of a breach of personal data securityIf there is a violation of the Privacy Policy, Superznalac is obliged to inform the competent authority. When there is a suspicion that a criminal offence has been committed due to a violation of rights, Superznalac is obliged to notify the police and/or the competent prosecutor’s office about the violation.Right to withdraw consent.
